| i dont think any of them are real at least not the foods i think thats all bullshit , i am not sure about pheramones i think there may well be some truth to the effect they have on woman |

| I dont believe anything you eat turns you on , now i do think some things you smell are a turn on , . the smell of a womans hair close up can be a serious turn on for me , and i think some smells that maybe remind you of sex from the past turn you on as well |

| I think the aphrodisiac that works best on women is the red wine. This aphrodisiac gives them strange feelings and makes them unleashed. Their libido is rising and they are in the mood for everything. You should I try it. It gives great results. |

| For me the greatest aphrodisiac is an erotic massage with body oil, but avoid touching the strongest erogene zones so the desire of touch and penetration increases. Basically this is again a personal issue , everyone has to discover what makes him/her feel good. |
