| It is very important for her to have an orgasm. If she doesn't have she feels neglected and she thinks I don't care about her. I think it's important to do your best and let her have her share of orgasm. |

| Here, the problem has different aspects. One of them is that some women can fake it. And they can fake it very good! You can't even notice if they faked it or not. If you know that a woman fakes it, you'd better not try to offer her the orgasm. |

And yes, it's also very true that many women mime having an orgasm maybe because they are shy to tell him which is the best way she like it or she avoids giving suggestions...
