Any suggestions on Video Chathosts...

to integrate into my membership area that won't cost me an arm and a leg.
I am looking for Video Chathosts that are able to be used from the inside of my membership area with voice over net and text options to give my members the perfect experience.
I did this once before but the host I had was not a very good deal and it was so slow.
That is another important feature, I need the lag to be minimal. Master and i will be the only ones on there so not a large cam girl company. I need it to be as simple as possible for my members. The price will already be part of the membership so I won't need money options.

Any suggestions anyone?
